Job Description : Candidates if selected will have to retain customers through a variety of outbound campaigns both prior to and after notice of termination is given by the customer. Increase and extend customer tenure, by locking customers in for a further 12/18 months whilst providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer issues/queries. Ensure a proactive, friendly and knowledgeable approach is maintained at all times resulting in high levels of customer care and service commensurate with company standards. Occasional inbound retention activity as and when required |
