CVC allocates each client a dedicated recruitment consultant and a recruitment coordinator, who act as their account manager and their first point of contact for their requirements. CVC has a very strong multi-cultural database of candidates, with CV's received from all over on a daily basis. using CVC’s sophisticated recruitment procedure, the consultant can immediately conduct a database search, and depending upon the position, prospective candidate CV's can be forwarded within 48-72 hours, only CV's that closely match the client's specific requirements will be forwarded. cvc will also, advertise the positions in the GOA’s leading English daily – news papers which has a Goa-wide and pan India circulation, as well as on the company website which generates a more global response. Upon the client approval of CV's, the coordinator will arrange an interview schedule and provide ongoing client-candidate liaison. CVC will continue to work on the vacancy until the right candidate has been selected.
